Statement of Frogg Excavation, Jerry Des Jarlais
His business was forced closed by this 1991 decision. He was there and will never forget because it forced him to close his business.
How can the county say "if there was an decision it was meaningless" when it wasn't meaningless to Frogg Excavation.
